NATS provides an online personal nutritional analysis tool. Most common foods are included and there is also a function which allows users to add new foods. The site also includes an energy calculator and a tool to search for foods by nutrient. Users can register to save diet information.

The UCLA presents this collection of trade cards for patent medicines (trademarked folk remedies). Cards can be searched easily by keyword. Most pre-date the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906. While the images are interesting, most entries include the claims or uses of the product.
