From the site: “The Drug Industry Document Archive (DIDA) contains over 2500 documents about pharmaceutical industry clinical trials, publication of study results, pricing, marketing, relations with physicians and involvement in continuing medical education… Most of these previously secret documents were made public as a result of lawsuits against the following pharmaceutical companies: Merck & Co., Parke-Davis, Warner-Lambert, Wyeth, and Pfizer.”

Google and The Library of Congress have teamed up to digitize the library’s Congressional Hearings holdings. They have only begun, but three collections are currently available for browsing: U.S. Census, Freedom of Information/Privacy, and Immigration. Others will be added as they become available.

According to the site, the Open Government Guide is “a complete compendium of information on every state’s open records and open meetings laws. Each state’s section is arranged according to a standard outline, making it easy to compare laws in various states.”

The Economic Research Institute uses the 990 forms from nonprofits to study executive compensation. Their holdings are accessible for the public to search in their online library. To search for a nonprofit’s financial information, enter any part of the organization’s name in the search blank. An advanced search is available.
This site is also a great resource for nonprofit salary information. Use the menu on the left to access compensation information.

This is an online depository of federal case law, with decisions dating back to 1754. This is a fairly new resource, so be patient. It will certainly become more user-friendly in the future. Currently, opinions can be accessed by date and citation, although as it grows its functionality should improve.

Here, users can search foreclosed listings by state or zip. Include foreclosures by VA, HUD, Fannie Mae, and the FDIC, as well as larger banks and financial institutions. The site also includes articles on topics such as buying from the Federal Government and Preforeclosures.
